At Worexa, we want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a return and refund process designed to be quick and transparent.
Items may be returned if they are in original, unused condition, and include all original tags, packaging, and documentation. Please note: hygiene-sensitive items, limited-time offers, or digital products are not eligible for return.
Return requests must be made within 20 days of receipt. After this window, we’re unable to process refunds or exchanges unless under exceptional circumstances.
You must contact our support team prior to returning any item to receive an official Return Authorization (RA) number. Any items sent without an RA number may not be processed or refunded.
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the condition of the item and notify you via email regarding your refund eligibility. Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used at checkout, typically within 7–10 business days. Refunds may be adjusted for shipping fees or restocking charges when applicable.
Exchanges are welcome if stock permits. Our team will help facilitate this and inform you of any differences in price or additional shipping fees.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to shipping damage or fulfillment error. We advise using a tracked delivery method to ensure safe return.
